An actual written, dated quote for the service(s) that you are requesting will be given to you in person by our Technician upon the completion of a brief pre-inspection at your requested service location. A pre-inspection is a very helpful tool for both you and us – it provides the opportunity for our Technician to gather some valuable information regarding the service(s) that your requesting of us. This information can be such as the amount of wear present, the amount and type of soiling present, as is there any damage issues, are there any hazards present or may come up upon service, discuss in person things like are there any pet issues and if so where and try to determine the quantity, is there any odor issues (pet or other) and what might be the best way to try to deal with any odor issues, water access, electrical access, the amount and type of furniture that may need to be moved, the type of spots or stains present, is there any candle wax, blood or other present, is there filtration areas present, is there any fading present, is there water damage present, loose carpet or other, what kind of results you the customer might expect once a service has been performed, and are there other or better options that might be considered to help you obtain the service quality goal your trying to obtain within the budget you may have to work with, is there senior adults, young children, or handicapped individuals present where during any service this could be potential for concern, is there human health issues or respiratory issues that we will need to be aware of, and much more! Simply put, the pre-inspection is a brief period of time (as brief as possible) where time is made available for both you and us to communicate openly what your expectations are, and it allows us the opportunity to see the actual environment for the service(s) your requesting.
